Monday Morning Meetings


Product Description

The meetings are online and held every Monday morning at 10:30 EST for the sole purpose of starting your week off with a bang! In my time as a Sales Manager, I learned that Monday was the most important day as it sets the tone for the rest of the week. Time after time, success can be traced to its foundation which proves, ‘winging it’ is not the best approach.

In 30 minutes, you will prepare your week for success and take ownership of your goals.

The meetings are a town hall style, which allows for a collaborative environment and encourages a diverse set of solutions to common and not so common challenges faced by salespeople today.  This interactive session is not simply meant to fill you full of piss and vinegar with no actionable advice. While you WILL be motivated and ready to sell, you will also leave each meeting with an understanding of what were some of the missteps of previous weeks and a clear mission of what needs to be done for this week.

Typical agenda:

  • Motivational and Inspirational Start
    • Duration: 2 mins
  • Sales Training (Usual topics will be one of, but not limited to: Prospecting, Appointment Setting, Questioning, Pitching, Objection Handling, Closing and Referrals)
    • Duration: 15 mins
  • Question and Answer Sessions
    • Duration: 10 mins
  • Goal Setting
    • Duration: 1 mins
  • Wrap Up and Pump Out!
    • Duration: 2 minute
